Recipe: Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip



This is ones of my favorite recipes to make for parties. It's really simple and I don't even need a recipe anymore. But if you need a starting point, here is how I make it:

Ingredients:
1 package of fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup of hot sauce (buffalo sauce works too, I use Red Hot)
1/2 cup of light ranch dressing (you can do half and half blue cheese and ranch instead)
about two cups of shredded chicken
Shredded Pepper Jack cheese

Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Cook chicken on frying pan will a little olive oil and let cool. Mix together cream cheese, hot sauce (or buffalo sauce) and ranch dressing (and/or blue cheese). Dip your pinky in and check how hot it is, you may want to add more hot sauce. Shred the chicken and mix in to the sauce. Pour the mixture into a pan and sprinkle the pepper jack cheese on top. Put in the oven until the cheese on top begins to bubble. Personally, I serve it with tortilla chips but crackers, pita chips or celery work well with it too. Enjoy!
